Returns
If your item arrived damaged or defective, we’ll gladly take it back. Just reach out within 30 days of purchase, and we’ll arrange a refund to your original payment method once we receive the item. Items must be unused and in original condition. Sale and custom items are final sale.
Exchanges
Need a different size or want to switch it up? We’re happy to exchange unworn items with tags still attached. Let us know what you’d prefer, and we’ll help you get the right fit. Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
How Do I Start a Return or Exchange?
Email us at [email protected] with your order number and a quick note about the issue. Or, stop by our merch booth if you’re local. Once approved, we’ll send you simple instructions to ship it back.
What Items Are Not Eligible?
Final sale items include anything marked down, personalized merchandise, or items labeled as custom. These items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged. Please double-check your order before completing checkout.
When Will I Get My Refund or Exchange?
Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days of receiving your return. For exchanges, we’ll ship the new item as soon as your return is approved and received. Shipping times may vary based on your location.
